Saturday night six new members of the NFL’s Hall of Fame were inducted.
For those not familiar with the Hall of Fame, The Pro Football Hall of Fame is the hall of fame for professional American football in the United States with an emphasis on the National Football League (NFL). Only those players who are exemplary in their play are considered for induction.
The induction ceremony, comprised primarily of inductee acceptance speeches, takes place each August in Canton, Ohio. I have been watching the ceremony each year for as long as they’ve been covered on television, this year four hours long.
I watch for the laughs, the tears, and the inspiration. This year did not let me down. Here are a few of my tweets.

If this was not enough, there was Hall of Fame Quarterback Jim Kelly suffering from cancer and eating only from a feeding tube sitting on the stage for over 4 hours to see his teammate and friend, Andre Reed, be inducted.
“You’re the reason why I’m standing here today,” Reed said of Kelly, calling him “(the) toughest individual I’ve ever met.”
And at the end, toss Reed a pass.
Inspiration to move onward and upward.
