New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 11/1-11/5

As another week comes to a close, we have three new publications making their debuts on The LexBlog Network. Also, we have two more revamped food safety blogs from the attorneys at Marler Clark. Have a great weekend everyone.

• Proskauer on Class and Collective Actions is Proskauer Rose‘s fifth blog on The LexBlog Network. Aiming to provide content that’s lively and entertaining, this blog edited Mark Batten and Elise Bloom will comment on prominent class action litigation and trends affecting class action defense.
• The Velvet Hammer is written by Karen Koehler, partner at Seattle law firm Stritmatter Kessler Whelan Coluccio and former President of the Washington State Association for Justice. Karen brings a personal touch in this blog as she writes on her experiences as a trial lawyer and a mother. 
• Sometimes it seems as though we launch a Jackson Lewis blog every week, as the California Workplace Law Blog is the firm’s ninth publication on The LexBlog Network. San Francisco attorney Jamerson Allen serves as editor on this blog, which aims to advise employers and their inhouse counsel on prominent news, legislation and litigation relevant to California workplace law.

Also worth noting: The revamping of The Marler Clark Network is nearing completion with Shigella Blog and Listeria Blog each getting new looks this week. Each blog boasts a deep and constantly growing library of content on shigella and listeria outbreaks, information and litigation.
