Heading to Montreal next week

I’m headed to Montreal next Saturday evening and will be in town from Sunday, the 19th, through Tuesday evening, April 21. Dominic Jarr, CEO at Canadian Centre for Court Technology and legal counsel at Ledjit Consulting, has been nice enough to invite me to speak at Legal IT 3.0, one of the larger legal IT conferences in Canada. Maybe Canada’s version of the ABA TechShow. I’ll be presenting on blogs and social media on Monday morning on a panel with Steve Matthews and Connie Crosby.

I’d welcome getting together with anyone, whether for social conversation or to discuss the use of blogs/social media to market your law practice. Maybe we can even pull together a beer for bloggers & twitterers on Sunday or Monday evening. I discovered Hurley’s Irish Pub on a trip to Montreal last year. Tough to beat its fresh Guiness and genuine Irish feel. Be happy to meet up with anyone there on either evening.
