January 16, 2009
The new blogs keep coming fast as we have five launches this week, not including a redesigned Workplace Privacy Counsel. Out of the five new blogs, three are employment law-related and four are California based.
- Wage & Hour Counsel is authored by the lawyers who make up the Wage & Hour Practice Group at San Francisco’s Littler Mendelson. They provide a knowledgeable point of view and insightful commentary on developments affecting wage and hour law.
- The launch of a redesigned Workplace Privacy Counsel accompanies Littler Mendelson‘s new Wage & Hour Counsel blog. This publication is updated by the lawyers and attorneys who make up their Privacy & Data Protection Team.
- The San Diego Small Business Law Blog is written by Joseph Dang, an attorney who aims to provide San Diego small businesses with legal services ranging from incorporation to complex planning matters.
- For the second week in a row, AMLAW 200 firm Reed Smith has launched a new blog. Employment Law Watch is their fourth LexBlog blog. The highlight of this blog is that it covers employment law news in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
- The Labor & Employment Law Blog is published by multiple attorneys at Sacramento law firm Weintraub Genshlea Chediak. Topics covered on this blog include discrimination, employee privacy rights, harassment and wrongful termination.
- The California Defamation Law Blog is one that should be of interest to many bloggers as one of the topics covered is Blog Protection 101. It is written by Adrianos Facchetti, a Los Angeles attorney who focuses on Internet defamation law.
