Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 10/6-10/10
October 10, 2008
For the second week in a row, we were able to get five new blogs live, including two from EpsteinBeckerGreen. I probably should not have favorites, but as a journalism student I know I’ll be following Brooks Pierce’s Newsroom Law Blog as close as any LexBlog blog since we hosted Truehoop. I look forward to seeing what insight this blog and these others have to offer.
- Toxic Tort Litigation Blog, written by William A. Ruskin and Daniella Landers of EpsteinBeckerGreen. They focus on the trends and news surrounding recent litigation involving toxic torts.
- The Executive Women’s Networking Blog, authored by Frances Green, is the second EpsteinBeckerGreen blog to launch this week.
- Brooks Pierce‘s newsroom practice group—which consists of Mark Prak, Charles Coble, Charles Marshall, Elizabeth Spainhour and Eric David—updates The Newsroom Law Blog.
- The number of ‘green’ law blogs out there continues to grow as the Green Energy and Development Law blog goes live. This blog is published by Brad N. Mondschein of Pullman & Comley.
- The Canadian Trademark Law Blog, updated by Regina lawyer Josh MacFadden. MacFadden, an associate with Furman & Kallio, focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology law.
