Stanford and San Francisco for next 2 days

I‘ll be down in California the next 2 days. I’m attending a couple legal blogger events today and spending Tuesday visiting a few large law firms who have expressed an interest in launching law firm blogs. I’ll also get the chance to stop by Justia’s offices in Palo Alto.

This afternoon there’s the panel discussion at Stanford Law School on the impact blogs are having on legal scholarship. This evening there’s a reception for Bay Area law bloggers, including some LexBlog clients, being hosted by High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara Law School and Six Apart at Fenwick’s downtown San Francisco offices. Some of you have asked if I’ll be at Blog World in Las Vegas later in the week. There’s a slim possibility for a Thursday only trip, but the press of getting a large launch out of development at LexBlog and keeping up with the increasing demand for blogs we’re getting is likely to keep me Seattle bound.
