Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 8/13-8/17

LexBlog continued to launch new blogs for our clients this past week, adding even more voices from a range of practice areas to the blogosphere. The debuts for August 13 through 17 were:

• The Employee Benefits Law Blog, published by Vicki Johnson of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and providing employment-related news to business professionals.
• The Workplace Privacy Counsel Blog, written by the lawyers and attorneys from Littler Mendelson P.C., highlighting employment-related privacy issues.
• The Medical & Dental Device Patenting Blog, maintained by registered patent attorney John Rizvi of Gold & Rizvi P.A., who writes about – you guessed it – patenting news on medical products, processes and software.
• Davis Wright Tremaine – a firm that already has four live blogs  – launched their fifth one this afternoon. The Corporate Finance Law Blog, written by the firm’s corporate finance lawyers,  focuses on financing news for companies of varying sizes.
• This one probably isn’t news to anyone who read our New Law Bloggers Speak feature on Wednesday: Erich Rapp of Kean Miller launched the Louisiana Coastal Wetlands Blog, which focuses on coastal wetland depletion in the Pelican State.
