Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 7/16-7/20

LexBlog blogs continued to launch over the past week, bringing three new law firms into the blogosphere. They were:

• The North Carolina Product Liability Blog, published by North Carolina attorney Hardison Wood. In his blog, Wood – who focuses his practice on child safety, professional malpractice, police/prison misconduct and consumer protection – gives updates on child safety and product liability news.
•  The Florida Estate Planning Blog, written and maintained by the lawyers and attorneys at Stokes McMillan Maracini & Antunez. So far the blog has been updated exclusively by Kimberly Martinez-Lejarza, whose written content on developments related to estate/tax law.
•  The Maryland Intellectual Property Law Blog, managed by intellectual property attorney Brian Higgins. Brian uses the blog to provide news, summaries, commentary and more on intellectual property legal developments in Maryland.
