A rolling tide : New LexBlog blogs for the week of May 28

This past week, LexBlog saw a slew of law blogs go live. They were:
- The New York Divorce Law Blog, managed by New York divorce lawyer David A. Gabay. David has lived and practiced law in New York for more than ten years, and uses his blog to provide to small business owners.
- The RICO Law Blog, maintained by Idaho RICO lawyer Thomas G. Walker of the Idaho law firm Cosho Humphrey LLP. Thomas, a senior partner with Cosho Humphrey, focuses his practice – and his blog – on various federal and state racketeering issues.
- The Permax Law Blog, published by Fields Law Firm, which provides updates on Permax-related lawsuits. The firm, based out of Minneapolis, focuses its practice on personal injury and consumer rights. The firm and blog are both managed by Steve Fields.
- The LaBovick Injury Law Blog, operated by the Florida injury lawyers and attorneys from LaBovick LaBovick & Wald Law Firm. The blog focuses on legal developments related to various personal injury topics.
- The National Eminent Domain Blog, maintained by the Michigan eminent domain lawyers and attorneys at Ackerman Ackerman & Dynkowski. Focusing on eminent domain issues in Michigan and around the country, the blog – updated by Alan Ackerman – provides homeowners with tips and news on government-sponsored condemnation.
We also saw the debut of three blogs maintained by the UK accounting firm Mercer & Hole.
- The Insolvency Blog, updated by Mercer & Hole’s recovery and insolvency partners
- The SME Plus Blog, updated by Mercer & Hole’s SME experts
- The Tax Plus Blog, focusing on issues related to business and personal taxation within the UK, updated by Mercer & Hole’s tax specialists
