You mean everyone in the country doesn’t wake to this? It’s an everyday sight here in Seattle. Well, Julie at Pegasus Coffee doesn’t have a tattoo, but my barista at the Blackbird Cafe and Bakery, another Bainbridge Island establishment, does. And both top off that double tall non-fat latte with the leaf shaped swirl.

Apparently you’ve been deprived of this affordable luxury, as Howard Schultz described it, when raising initial capital for Starbucks. But per Rebecca Blood, and the New York Times, New York City is no longer going to be backwater among coffee geeks.
