No suffocating heat and humidity here

I can already envision the impact on real estate prices here in Seattle when Forbes or BusinessWeek publishes its first article on where people are moving to get away from global warming.

Now if I if I was independently wealthy and didn’t have all this work to do, I could be sitting out on a live aboard sail boat like the guys in the marina outside my office.(they’ve got wifi in the harbor) I can wish.
