Google PageRank change in the works

July 1, 2006

Per Darren Rowse, a Google PageRank change is in the works. Darren mentions a couple discussion threads covering the update.

Google PageRank is a ranking from 0 to 10 given to a web page used to measure the value of a link from that web page to other other web pages. Generally, the more links from sites with high a PageRank the better the ranking in search engine results pages.
