Coca-Cola blog worldwide blog initiative for employee feedback

Neville Hobson reports Coca-Cola Company is using a blog so that the company’s 55,000 global employees can provide their views on Coca-Cola’s vision, mission and values.

Orlando Ashford, HR head of Coca-Cola, in an interview with Dutch business magazine Brisk says he wants to see Coca-Cola management everywhere in the world setting an example and participating in blogging: ‘Leaders first, who are a main point for everything.’

Wow! Can you imagine the head of a law firm cheerleading a firm wide blogging initiative. Not sure I can.
