Dan Hull, a litigator and lobbyist with close ties to the Washington, D.C. and Western Europe legal communities, is assembling a European blawgs list. Dan’s emphasis is those originating from or about the UK, Germany and France (English versions if possible), western Europe generally and the European Union.
