Nominations sought for best law blog – deadline 11/26

The Weblog Awards is seeking nominations for the best blogs in 34 different categories. New this year is a category for the best law blog. All you have to do is post a comment to nominate your favorite law blog. If you miss the November 26 deadline, keep trying as there are some excellent law blogs missing from the list.

Good to see that a third party recognizing blogs is not using the word ‘blawg’ when referring to a law or lawyer blog. I may be contra some early lawyer blog publishers but it’s silly to think we do the legal profession any good by saying we lawyers go by a separate name than anyone else. The public may have a name for us lawyers, but I cannot say it here. This is a PG rated blog.
