Yahoo blog search not impressive

Yahoo launched their blog search a few days ago. It’s displayed along with the news search at Yahoo.

Not only are only a limited number of blogs displayed in the upper right of the news result’s page, but the results users get are pretty limited compared to the other aggregators such as Feedster, Technorati, NewsGator and Ice Rocket.

Not just me who finds fault with Yahoo’s blog search. Robert Scoble was waiting for the search for a long time and after doing some testing says he expected better than this.

Looks the era of the dotcom bubble is on again. Get it up right away to gain an edge and do a press release – or these days via a buzz on the blogosphere. Worry about performance latter.
