Dog days of blogging?

We’re winding down the summer here in the Puget Sound, which is especially scary in that it only started about 4 or 5 weeks ago. Not even 8 o’clock and the sun is sinking behind the Olympic mountains. Used to be about 10 pm a couple months ago.

Any how, as evidenced by the decrease in my number of posts these dog days have me dragging a bit. LexBlog’s client base continues to grow which has me working like crazy. Plus with the summer ending there’s that guilt setting in of not spending enough time with the 5 kids and another summer without a vacation.

But on the plus side, we’re adding some troops to LexBlog. This will allow us to better serve our clients and add more law firms looking to add a quality blog solution to their marketing arsenal. And who knows, maybe even a vacation before our next oldest gets ready for college – I have two years for that.

For the blogging, that can wait until tomorrow morning. Always seem to get motivated after picking up that double tall non-fat latte at the coffee shop next door and walking along the marina boardwalk to the back door of the office on a foggy Saturday morning.
