LexBlog, Inc. is looking for a full time Web Developer/Administrator based in Bozeman, Montana.
The developer will be responsible for the server administration of LexBlog client websites and a few external applications; including the installation and maintenance of said sites using the Movable Type (MT) platform. This position will be responsible for deploying and maintaining LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) based servers. The developer will also recommend solutions that may improve the success of LexBlog and their clients when available.
You do not need to be a senior level programmer to be a success in this position. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, team focused, fun loving and motivated by being part of a company that is very cause and mission driven. Salary will depend on your skill and experience.
- Experience with Movable Type (MT)
- Developed understanding of web standards XHTML, CSS
- Experience in deploying and administrating Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Well organized and highly motivated
- Must live in Bozeman, Montana
- Understanding of blogs
- Experience with CVS or similar setup
- Experience with architecting backup solutions
