LexBlog cited at Gnomedex

Thanks to some very kind words of Denise Howell, now speaking at Gnomedex, LexBlog’s Web site was just pulled up on the big screen.

Denise explained how lawyers were publishing blogs to both provide legal information and perform public relations, that is reach the public, in a new way. One of our client’s Sheppard Mullin, who publishes seven blogs on various practice areas was cited an example of leading large law firm who is leading the way in this area.

Denise, blogging since 2001, is one of the true pioneers of lawyer blogs. She told me before getting up to speak there were only ten lawyer blogs at the time. Though it seems like there are more lawyer blogs, there’s only documentation of about 800 to 1,000 blogs. (Blawg &Tom Mighell)
