Blogman to be in Bay Area, want to meet?

This week’s travels take me down to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. On Friday morning, May 20, I will be speaking to lawyers attending The 2005 API (American Prepaid Legal Services Institute) Annual Conference. On Saturday afternoon, at the invite of Will Hornsby, I will be participating on a panel discussing technological innovations as part of the ABA’s Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services. The goal of the committee is to maximize access to legal services and justice for moderate-income people. I’ll also be meeting some tech partners and law firms.

If you are a lawyer, a legal marketing professional, or anyone for that matter and want to meet for a bit to discuss the potential of professional marketing blogs I would be happy to swing by your office or meet at the local Starbucks. Just email me or call me at the office (206 855 0988) or my cell (206 910 4155). I will be down there Thursday morning and have a lot of down time before taking off Saturday night.

Promise no heavy handed sales presentation. Heck, I practiced law for 17 years and have been the victim of many myself. Just an opportunity to meet, answer questions about blogs, how they are being used by the smallest to largest firms, the challenges you may face in proposing the blog idea to your firm or discuss whatever you have on your mind.

My recent travels to New York City and Chicago have provided me the opportunity to meet some wonderful people. Look forward to meeting a few more folks next week.
