Blog resource : Auburn University professor & program

April 14, 2005

Auburn images.jpegRobert French, a professor in the Media school at Auburn University, has put together a heck of resource list about blogs. He calls it “Just links and notes on blogs,” but in one lengthy post at his links blog, French covers resources ranging from the origin of blogs, corporate blogs, PR blogs, blog numbers to blog speak. And I like the list of resources, of course, as it’s not everyday LexBlog is included on a list with the likes of GM, Sun Microsystems, ESPN and Coca-Cola.

If you have not checked it out, Auburn University’s Department of Communication and Journalism is putting together a heck of program on blogs. Students, professors and folks they work with publish blogs including BLOGthenticity (real business blogs by real business bloggers), Infopinions (French’s blog for his students) and MarcomBlog, a collaborative effort between eight public relations and marketing professionals and students.
