Dinner for bloggers at ABA TECHSHOW

Received an email from Tom Mighell this evening announcing a dinner for ‘blogging lawyers’ the night before the ABA TECHSHOW begins. Though there is little emphasis on legal marketing at the TECHSHOW, I thought some of you may be interested in attending the dinner if you are attending. Here’s Tom’s invite:

Planning on coming to ABA TECHSHOW this year? Looking for an extra excuse to make the trip to Chicago? Already living in the Chicago area? Then make sure you attend the 2005 Chicago Blogger/Blawger dinner, to be held Wednesday, March 30, at a time to be announced. The catered dinner will take place at Catalyst Ranch, a terrific place for us to meet each other, relate shared blogging experiences, and have a great time.

We are expected to have several sponsors for this event, who are underwriting the cost of food, drink, and facilities. All you have to do is show up! If you can make it, please email Tom Mighell at your earliest convenience — I will need to get an accurate headcount for purposes of ordering the food.

I won’t be in Chicago so will not be attending but am sure the dinner would provide the opportunity to meet some fine lawyers.
