Not every mayor would have the chutzpah to blog on fairly poor looking TypePad blog, but you have to give it to Jerry for going for it. If you have a high profile lawyer in your office, giving her or him a soap box to build relationships and personalize your firm could be a nice marketing tool. Done well, such a blog will draw a far greater audience than the 15 second sound bite on TV, occasional newspaper interview or often alienating letter to the editor.
