Blog Man goes to Boise

I am off to Boise today to speak on “Creating an Effective Internet Presence for Your Law Firm.” It will be a nuts and bolts common sense approach to Internet marketing so lawyers with no tech background can leave with concrete cost effective ideas and resources that can be put to work immediately.

Goes without saying that we’ll spend some time talking about blogs. In fact Stephen Nipper, a Boise patent lawyer and publisher of the Invent Blog, will be co-panelist and doing a live demo of setting up a blog on Type Pad, a Web based service of Six Apart.

I appreciate the opportunity of speaking to groups of lawyers. I feel I have something to offer and I learn equally as much from the give and take that ensues.

If your state or local bar association, legal marketing association or even law firm is looking for someone to give such a presentation on Internet marketing, please keep me in mind. I do not consider myself one of the high powered guys or gals so I am cheap – free for the price of an airline ticket and hotel room.
