Microsoft increases blog activity

Microsoft launched a public blog portal for accessing Microsoft employee blogs. The Microsoft Community Blogs Portal is a searchable listing of blogs by Microsoft employees, categorized by product or technology topic. The project also makes it easier for pages across Microsoft.com to publish lists of relevant blogs and posts from those blogs.

Lawyers and law firms may think blogs are a funny name for some fad that will never be adopted by the business mainstream. Microsoft is telling law firms otherwise and these our the folks who brought personal computers, word, internet explorer and outlook to your desktop.

Microsoft is going to bring blogs to your desktops and the masses – you can bet on it. This blog portal is just a precursor.
