I’m in New York City this week : LMA Program & Beer for Bloggers this Wednesday
I am in New York City this week to present at a Legal Marketing Association luncheon on Wednesday afternoon as well as to meet with LexBlog Network law firms and partners.
The LMA program , which runs from 12 to 1:30, is at Morrison & Foerster, 1290 Avenue of the Americas. Appears to be open only to LMA members.
The topic is blogging. What works? What doesn’t? What does it take to be a successful? How does other social media play a role in blogging? I’ll share stories of lawyers for whom blogging has changed their lives – personally, professionally, and financially.
Wednesday, from 5:30 to 7:00, LexBlog and I will host one of our Beer for Bloggers events at Connolly’s, 121 West 45th (between 6th and 7th). You need not have a blog to feel at home. It’s just a nice informal way for those of us in the legal profession, practicing lawyer or not, to share a pint or a glass of wine.
I am in town from Tuesday through Friday afternoon. I’d be happy to get together to discuss blogs, social media, and what have you – whether at your firm or over coffee, a meal, or a drink. While I have a number of appointments, I have time on Tuesday most of the day and Thursday morning.
