The more and more I read of it, the more I greatly enjoy Steven Berk’s highly-opinionated and entertaining posts on corporate misconduct. For anyone looking to find their voice in writing, and in legal blogging it sure seems like there’s a lot, look to Berk for a good model on how to author highly readable content.
