New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 9/5-9/9
September 9, 2011
The week comes to a close and those of us in Seattle get ready for a weekend of 80-degree days. Or, in other words, our summer. We have two new publications joining the LexBlog Network this week, one from a former math professor and another from a lawyer at a new-to-the-Network AmLaw 100 firm. Have a great weekend, everyone.
- The Cloud Computing Law Journal is authored by Shook, Hardy & Bacon lawyer Al Saikali. It is the first publication on the LexBlog Network from the AmLaw 100 firm. Cloud computing has drastically altered data privacy and security; on this publication, Saikali aims to monitor that continued evolution through explanations of data security best practices and the examination of prominent data breaches.
- The Southern California Bankruptcy Law Blog is published by Certified Bankruptcy Specialist Nick Gebelt. On the blog, the math-professor-turned-lawyer draws on his education background to take enormously complex issues and explain them in a way that everyone can understand. Topics covered thus far include debt, foreclosures, home loans, short sales and Chapter 13, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies.
