Based on the widespread discussion at the time, and then the stories on impacted cases that come in on an almost-weekly basis, I’m guessing we’re going to be hearing about Wal-Mart v. Dukes for a long time. Also, in a story that was covered on multiple LexBlog Network publications, the FTC today announced a COPPA settlement with W3 Innovations; it’s the first time a claim has been filed against a mobile ‘app’ as part of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
