In the 135 posts on the LexBlog Network today, Joseph Visco’s post on Facebook and divorce stood out to me as one of the most insightful. It’s obvious that social networks and Facebook in particular play a role in the day-to-day lives of younger couples but as it becomes more of an understood technology, we see its effect on those young and old alike.
