July 16, 2010
Another summer week comes and goes as three new publications join the LexBlog while another mainstay receives a new look. Dan Clement’s New York Divorce Report has been one of the better family law blogs on the Network for some time; if you haven’t seen it before, definitely take a look now.
- The Florida Medical Malpractice Monitor is published by Miami attorney Tom Culmo of Culmo Trial Attorneys. Tom brings 20 years of experience representing individuals who have been adversely affected by medical errors to bear in providing timely insight on this publication.
- After a launch last week, the professionals at Heimerl & Lammers have their second blog on the LexBlog Network in the form of the Minnesota Family Law Blog. Authored primarily by Amanda Maenner and Kathryn Lammers, this publication general issues and current events related to family law in the state of Minnesota.
- Los Angeles-area attorneys Randy Clement and Cathleen Ho update the Southern California Business Law Monitor. While Randy is seasoned business litigator and civil attorney, Cathleen focuses on general corporate law. The two discuss topics that include business formation, company management and other recent developments affecting local businesses.
Also worth noting: The New York Divorce Report, authored by NYC attorney Dan Clement, gets a revamped look this week. As mentioned, this blog is one of the best family law publications on the LexBlog Network as Dan provides insightful commentary on news and updates gathered from a number of sources, along with adding posts aimed to help families in trying times.
