New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 5/24-5/28
May 28, 2010
While the number may be smaller than some weeks we’ve seen, the quality certainly is still there. This week we launched publications from one of the largest law firms in Canada, an Atlanta lawyer who is off to a great start and one of the best law blogs in existence joins the LexBlog Network. Very cool.
- Authored primarily by Seattle attorney Dan Harris of Harris & Moure, the China Law Blog is one of the most widely read international law blogs on the web. In his own words, the blog “will be discussing the practical aspects of Chinese law and how it impacts business there.” For anyone operating in international law—especially as it relates to China—who doesn’t read the China Law Blog, you should change that.
- The Competitor is the third blog on the LexBlog Network from prominent Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott. This new blog provides real-time information and commentary on relevant competition/antitrust legal and policy developments. The firm has an excellent blogging history so this is one to keep an eye on.
- The Georgia Workers’ Compensation Advocate is authored by Augusta and Atlanta attorney Bryan Hawkins. On the blog, Bryan comments on topics that include calculating benefits, surveillance and temporary partial and total disability.
