April 16, 2010
Yeesh, and I thought the big firms brought strong publications last week. This week we have four new blogs from AmLaw 200 firms: Cozen O’Connor, Greenberg Traurig, Foley & Lardner and Foley Hoag. We also have the great Texas Non-Compete Law Blog from Robert Wood, who has large law experience of his own.
- e-Discovery Law Review is published by Daniel Ward, David Johnson and Daniel Ward of Cozen O’Connor. This, their third blog on the LexBlog Network, provides great insight on news and events pertaining to key electronic discovery issues.
- Greenberg Traurig‘s second publication on the LexBlog Network comes in the form of the LE Blog. As a little more explanation, the LE Blog provides coverage of key, national labor and employment developments from a number of attorneys in Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice.
- Trade Secret/Noncompete Blog is Foley & Lardner‘s third blog on the Network. This sharp-looking blog aims to provide the “atest developments and industry news that readers can use to help secure their most valuable company assets.
- Another publication from a large team of knowledgeable attorneys, Foley Hoag’s Trademark, Copyright & Unfair Competition practice group authors the Trademark & Copyright Law blog. They aim to cover prominent developments related to trademarks, copyright, false advertising, domain names, the Internet and other relevant topics.
- You may have seen this one before as Robert Wood of Benolken & Everett brings back the Texas Non-Compete Law Blog. Boasting an extensive library of content, the Texas Non-Compete Law Blog covers everything you need to know about non-compete and trade secrets law in the Lone Star state.
