Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 7/13-7/17
July 17, 2009
Another fantastic week here at LexBlog, another one that brings me closer to being back in the Seattle office. We have six launches in total this week, certainly a very respectable number. As I always say, give these new blogs a chance and have a look. You very well might find content for your own blog.
- De Novo is a Virgina appellate law blog published by Roanoke lawyer Jay O’Keeffe. He splits his time between appellate and business litigation. Jay was named one of Virginia’s “Rising Stars” in 2008 and 2009.
- The Delaware eDiscovery Report is another great Morris James publication. The blog is authored by two attorneys in their business litigation group: Richard K. Herrmann and Christopher J. Spizzirri. That practice group represents a wide variety of domestic and international clients in corporate/fiduciary litigation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
- Another repeat LexBlogger, Kelley Drye & Warren comes in with their Telecom Law Monitor. The blog provides readers with enforcement-related news, events and trends within the telecommunications field.
- Tennessee Estate Planning Law is authored by Nashville lawyer Bryan Howard of Howard & Mobley. Bryan assists families whose net worth exceeds $10 million with wealth transfer planning, tax reduction planning, charitable giving and asset protection planning.
- Seems to be the week of big firms starting new blogs with EpsteinBeckerGreen launching their Prima Facie Law Blog. The blog aims to provide breaking news and commentary on all areas of law.
- Last but not least, Emergency Business Litigation is updated by Chicago lawyer Tom Patterson. The blog provides insight and commentary on injunctions, restraining orders and equitable relief.
