We had five launches in total last week, with each of the new publications being on a different subject. Besides launching five new blogs, we also have three MorrisJames blogs that have been rebranded and feature an all-new look. Be sure to check those out.
- Quiat on Claims is a blog written by New York lawyer Michael Quiat of Uscher, Quiat, Uscher & Russo on topics that include ERISA, life, health, disability and LTC. Michael focuses his major attention on matters of complex insurance litigation, with an emphasis on disability income insurance claims, LTD and other ERISA claims and related fields
- The New Jersey Car Accident Law Blog is authored by New Jersey lawyer Richard Schnoll, who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and complex commercial litigation. The blog is intended to inform consumers of legal issues relating to car accidents, automobile insurance and other related topics.
- The very sharp-looking Washington Real Estate Law Blog is written by several lawyers at Dickson Steinacker, a firm with offices in Seattle and Tacoma. Topics covered by the blog include adverse possession, easements, the environment and zoning.
- New York attorney Ilana Sable publishes Health Care Compliance Watch. On this blog, she writes on billing and coding, compliance and electronic health records.
- Secondary Market Law is updated by Katherine Scanlon and Peter Vodola of Pullman & Comley. They provide news and commentary on the secondary market for insurance and related products.
Also worth noting, the Delaware Business Bankruptcy Report, the Delaware Patent Litigation Report and the Delaware Business Litigation Report were each rebranded. These are all projects done by MorrisJames, which has offices in Wilmington, Delaware.
