Yes, this week marked the start of the NCAA Tournament and we do have some sports fans in the office but we still managed to get a lot done. Five launches in total this week. As is usually the case, the topics are varied. Check them out.
- The Los Angeles Business Litigation Blog is published by Daniel A. Reisman, an attorney who focuses on providing both individuals and small businesses involved in litigation with effective, cost-efficient representation. On his blog, he writes on contracts, internet law, intellectual property law, unfair competition and other relevant topics.
- Authored by St. Petersburg, Florida LEED AP and law student Rich Cartlidge, Green Building & Environmental Trends covers the regulations and legislations surrounding green building, construction and environmental law.
- Overtime Advisor, which is written by attorneys at Greenwald Doherty LLP, covers overtime pay and other issues under federal and state wage and hour laws. Other topics covered include minimum wage, working on a salary basis, tip credit and remote work.
- The Connecticut Estate Planning Report is published by John O’Brien of CT Trust Counsel. O’Brien’s specialites include wills, trusts, asset protection, medicaid planning and probate administration.
- The Virginia Injury Law Update provides information and insight for injury victims and their families in the Virginia area. It is written by Paul R. Thomson, III of Michie, Hamlett, Lowry, Rasmussen & Tweel in Roanoke.
