We’re looking for a senior client services professional to manage all aspects of client services and be part of our senior management team, rising to the position of VP of Client Services.

A successful candidate will have:

• Experience developing client services initiatives, including identifying, deploying, and managing client service offerings from concept to implementation.
• Experience developing client training and curriculum initiatives and materials.
• Experience developing and measuring the effectiveness of client services initiatives.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.

You will be responsible for all aspects of client services including:

• Client support processes, ensuring expeditious processing of all client requests.
• Client training and support, including initial client training and continuing education.
• Client communications focused on training and client retention.
• Tracking product utilization and client satisfaction.
• Establishing reporting metrics measuring the effectiveness of client services initiatives.
• Utilizing technology to create best of breed processes, including implementation of CRM tools.
• Owning all aspects of client services and being recognized for such by LexBlog team members and clients.

You will report directly to the company CEO. Compensation is DOE.
