February 23, 2009

Another solid week for the LexBlog team and the clients who now have new publications. Five launches in total, with two in the increasingly popular practice area of employment law. So, if you practice in employment law, license law, international law or advertising law, add these to your RSS reader.

  • Business of Benefits is authored by Evan Giller, Monica Dodd Calhoun and Bob Toth of Giller & Calhoun, a firm with offices in New York and Colorado. Their firm provides a full range of services to employers and pension plan service providers and assist in tax exempt employers’ compliance with the new regulatory requirements for IRC section 403(b) plans.
  • The California License Law Blog is written by Orange County attorney Fredrick Ray, who writes on California Medical Board licensing, California nurse licensing, professional license law and other relevant topics.
  • Ellen Simon, an Arizona and Cleveland based attorney with over $50 million in settlements, publishes the Employee Rights Post. The blog covers employee rights, civil rights, equal rights and a lot more.
  • Dr. Zhan Hao, who’s rated as a Band 1 insurance lawyer and Band 2 competition lawyer within the People’s Republic of China by Chambers and Partners, authors China Law Vision, a blog providing news and updates on Chinese insurance law, anti-trust law and arbitration.
  • AdLaw By Request is Reed Smith‘s fifth addition to a stable of LexBlog blogs. This blog is designed to provide regular news on advertising law developments in the United States and elsewhere, with practical commentary and analysis from Reed Smith’s Advertising, Technology and Media practice.
