Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 1/26-1/30
February 2, 2009
After a hectic end to the week in Los Angeles and getting acclimated back in Montana, this post comes in a little later than normal. I’m not sure when we’ll ever be able to surpass the amazing nine launches of last week but we do have a solid total of six new blogs this week. Check them out.
- The Art Law Gallery, by the lawyers and attorneys at Sheppard Mullin, is one of many the firm has done with LexBlog. They discuss several topics relevant to art law, including provenance, estate planning, taxes, museums and private collectors.
- The Alaska Personal Injury blog is published by Sean Brown, Michele Power and Ryan Jerman of Bethel, Alaska firm Power & Brown. Their areas of expertise include playground accidents, slip and falls, automobile and aircraft accidents, medical malpractice claims, police brutality and wrongful death.
- Fox Rothschild is another firm with several LexBlog blogs. This week they launched Managing Work Force Reductions & Employee Terminations. The blog is written by Princeton lawyer Anne Bancroft.
- Pharmaceutical & Toxic Tort Defense is written by Deirdre C. Gallagher, Milt Spaulding, Michael Calvin and Thomas W. Hayde of Spencer Fane Britt & Brown.
- Attorneys at Fort Lauderdale law firm Becker & Poliakoff author the Florida Condo & HOA Legal Blog. They provide news and updates on condo and HOA laws and legislation in the state of Florida.
- The second art law blog of the week is authored by international law firm Bryan Cave. The Art Law Blog is authored by the firm’s team of more than 40 professionals, who help people make, sell and monetize art.
