No election news in the LexBlosphere roundup; I did vote today though. One of today’s better posts is done by Eric David of the Newsroom Law Blog on exactly what a subpoena entails. Lawyers and law bloggers already know what a subpoena is but Eric does a good job of taking a basic concept and explaining it to an everyday person. Good example to follow.
