Do lawyers kill good uses of technology?

Great question asked by David Snead, himself a lawyer. I wonder the same when I see ‘Chicken Little Lawyers’ running around scaring others from using blogs for unfounded liability and ethical concerns.

Snead uses IM as an example of where unfounded fear causes lawyers to advise clients to significantly rein in technology.
