- In Sheppard Mullin’s Labor & Employment Law Blog, attorneys from the firm comment on a new rule, recently reaffirmed by the Supreme Court, requiring employers to terminate employees who cannot prove their legal right to work in America.
- As of this morning, there are 7, 948 Corvettes available at dealerships across the country, says Ryan Esler at Matick Chevrolet’s Corvette Blog.

- Swedish author Henrik Edberg recently penned the “7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People,” and Tom Kane has got the list in his Legal Marketing Blog.
- Karl Romberger Jr. at Fox Rothschild’s Education Law Blog outlines the Department of Health & Human Services’ recent proposal to eliminate Medicaid support at schools providing special education services.
