Nice article in our Seattle Post Intelligencer this morning about real estate agents focusing on niche markets via websites.

Innovative lawyers have much to gain from this sort of thinking. As realtor Phoenix Rudner says, “You want to define yourself. If you really know an area really well, why not focus on that?”

One realtor, Ross Adams, a former police officer, touts realestateforcops.com as the No. 1 Web site for law enforcement-friendly real estate services. Why not a lawyer blog doing the same thing? You’ll pick up a steady flow of police officers, family members, and friends as clients.
