Law blog credibility grows : US Court of Appeals cites blog at length

Dennis Howell, via Kim Kralowec, points to another credibility point for blawgs among the appellate judiciary.

Sure, it’s the 9th Circuit (heavily criticized for be too liberal) but this internet thing began out here on the Pacific coast. The day’s coming when law blogs will be liberally cited by lawyers and judges.
