U. Ilinois College of Law’s website features bloggers

The University of Illinois College of Law prominently features its professor bloggers on the front page of its webiste. There’s a a link for blogs on the website’s front page as well as has a page with an RSS feed of posts by the school’s bloggers.

As Dan Solove of Concurring Opinions, my source for this post, says “When you have Larry Ribstein, Larry Solum, Christine Hurt, and Linda Beale as your bloggers, that’s something to brag about.”

This may be a first as regards to prominent placement of blogs on law school sites. In a year or two, this will the routine as law schools showcase their scholars. I don’t see the risk of liability for the posts of its bloggers that Dan raises.
