Blogs and IP : Denise Howell paper

Denise Howell, an appellate and intellectual property lawyer with Reed Smith and publisher of Bag and Baggage, has written a paper in connection with a talk on blogs and IP protection she’s giving later this week as part of a digital copyright panel. It’s called ‘More War.’

I have a hard enough time keeping up with the marketing, PR, technology and ethics issues relating to blogs so I cannot say I have read it. But Denise is one of the nation’s leaders on the topic so I am sure the paper is top shelf.

And thanks for the lift to the airport in Oakland last week Denise. Saved a couple hours by catching the earlier flight back to Seattle.
