Excellent article by Heidi Cohen at ClickZ about the importance of every business to have contingency plans in the event of emergencies. Tragedies such as Hurricanes Katrina and Rita remind law firms and other companies just critical it is to have plans in place for communicating with clients & employees, marketing and PR.
