American Lawyer Media – Law.com sensationalize employer liability for blogs

Amazing that American Lawyer Media’s law.com would run the headline ‘Blogs Pose Liability Issues for Employers‘ on top of a story that’s not even about a company’s employees publishing blogs. It’s a story about whether newspapers run some liability by publishing blogs and ends with, can you believe it, “Most media lawyers interviewed for this story were not particularly worried about the dangers of newspaper blogs.”

Is it any wonder that we have law firms scared to publish blogs when the leading legal newspaper publisher is this careless in their reporting? C’mon guys we deserve better.
