Screencast showing how to podcast

Eric Rice has created what Alex Barnett calls a great screencast showing how to Podcast using Audioblog.com.

I have not watched this screencast yet as I’m counting on Jeremy Wright to teach me the low down on podcasting, but if this one is like some of the screencasts Alex has done himself, expect it to be pretty darn be good.
