India Tax; Company Compliance; D&O; International Litigation: New blogs joining the LexBlog Network
Phew! Another week under the belt, and on into the weekend—and Father’s Day! No doubt your Dad is looking for some new law blogs to read, and if so, boy do we have the posts for you. Check out the new blogs joining the LexBlog Network this week, and add them to your rolodex:
- Cyril Amarchand continues to grow out their blog network, with the India Tax Law blog officially launched. If you plan on doing business in India, this blog is a must, highlighting significant changes to Indian taxation law that will impact the corporate ecosystem there.
- Next up we’ve got The Compliance Gap, a new blog focusing on compliance and regulatory information for growing companies, by Farella Braun & Martell. They’ll be providing comments and insights on issues of importance to public and privately held companies in the cross-hairs of government regulators, criminal prosecutors, and the plaintiffs’ bar, which means maneuvering across a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Also launching this week is a new blog that’s a companion to an older blog: The D&O Developments blog, from some of the team at Lane Powell that brought you D&O Discourse. Turn to the new D&O Developments if you’re looking for a go-to source for prompt and thoughtful reporting of new Reform Act and other key securities and corporate litigation decisions.
- And lastly (but not least) we’ve got Greenberg Traurig‘s One World International Practice Blog hitting the network. They’ll be looking at the top topics and trends in international litigation, including judicial and regulatory decisions, international dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance and enforcement.
